In 2020, Pastel Bangkok was opened with the idea to open the city’s first festive Mediterranean restaurant.

By 2022, Pastel Bangkok had established itself at a prime location in the city, Sukhumvit Soi 11, a street renowned for its vibrant nightlife and unique atmosphere.

Pastel Hospitality brought a fresh approach to the industry with a storytelling style that connects guests, talents, and brands at its iconic restaurant events, celebrated for their originality and vibrant atmosphere.

In June 2024, leveraging their expertise and the success of Pastel Bangkok, Pastel Hospitality opened Mami Rose in EmSphere mall. This new venture offers international cuisine with a distinctive 90s Miami vibe, transitioning into a lively atmosphere at night, further diversifying the culinary and entertainment offerings in Bangkok.
